The registered office of Tele Radio City s.c.s. Onlus is in Vicolo Pontecorvo 1/A – 35121 Padova (Italy). Tele Radio City s.c.s. Onlus, hereinafter the Data Controller, protects the confidentiality of your personal data and provides it with the necessary protection from any event that may put it at risk of violation.
For this purpose, the Data Controller implements policies and practices regarding the collection and use of personal data and the exercise of your rights under applicable law. The Data Controller is responsible for updating the policies and practices adopted for the protection of personal data whenever necessary and in any case in the event of regulatory and organisational changes that may affect the processing of your personal data. What type of information is collected from you?
All contents are free and no registration is needed. if you choose to create an account on one of our websites to receive newsletters or to buy a product or a service, you will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, year of birth, home address, billing address and credit card details. All these information might also be collected if you decide to participate to a paid event we organize.
If you participate to an online event, we can share your name and your contact information with the platform that hosts the event.
If you contact our customer service we will need your name, your contact information and full details of your request.
We do not collect personal information from third parties.
We can also collect data from activities on social media, for example when you share our contents or when you follow our pages on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

We use your personal information to take and handle orders, deliver products and services, and communicate with you (for example, we need your full name and address for delivering a product, or you e-mail address for permitting the access to a web conference or to specific sections of our website).
How do you access to your personal information and to keep it up to date?
If you have an account you can update your personal information from your account page. If you do not have an account, please contact our customer service.
You can request a copy of your personal information or the erasure of your data sending an e-mail to our customer service to the following e-mail address: email@example.com.
How long is your information kept for?
We keep you information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes it was collected for.
Please notice that if you do not log into your account for longer than 12 months, we will contact you to understand if it is still in use and/or we will permanently delete it.
If you do not open the newsletter for longer than six months, we can erase your personal data from that specific list, and from that moment on you will no longer receive that newsletters.
If you purchase a subscription service, we will retain your data for at least 12 months after the end of the subscription in order to be able to solve any kind of problem with billing or of other types of problems with the customer service.
The registration of a request of customer support will be kept for at least 3 years since the day it was sent.
The length of time we retain your personal information for is also determined by operational and legal considerations, or by the requirement to fulfil regulatory obligations.
Who has access to your information?
Tele Radio City s.c.s. Onlus keeps all information provided by its websites, and can integrate data coming from different platforms.
We do not share your information with other publishers.
If you log in through a social network account your data will be shared from the platform you use. The data stored in our archives are not shared with social networks.
If you participate to an event, your data may be shared with institutions like SIAE or with insurance institutions.
Use of personal information of children
The contents of our websites are not for children under the age of 12 years old.
Parts of our events can be specifically organized for children. In this case the parents or the other holder of parental responsibility over the minors are requested to subscribe specific consent form. These data are used only for the performance of the activities and will be kept for no longer than is necessary to fulfil legal obligations. Data of minors are not used for any other purpose. Only under your agreement data of adult subscriber can later be used for informational purposes, for example in order to analyse the trend of activities organized by Tele Radio City s.c.s. Onlus.
